Temp Administration / Customer service

 

  • Seven hills location
  • Start August 6th – October 19th
  • Hours of work 8am-4.30pm Mon-Fri

 

About the role

 

Starrett is a tool manufacturing company with plants all over the world and has been around over 100 years. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills along with basic computer knowledge to cover our current Administration member while on leave.

 

 

What the role requires

 

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Over the phone sales enquiries
  • Responding to emailed enquiries
  • General filing
  • Entering customer purchase orders
  • Raising & completing works orders
  • Daily invoicing
  • Taking credit card payments over the phone & processing
  • Daily banking
  • Chasing up overdue debtors
