The role includes the following activities:
- Compile and enter daily/weekly/monthly production and inventory figures
- Monthly upload of data into IT system
- Produce and assist weekly & monthly performance and finance reporting
- Account co-ordinate across client/supplier base
- Reconcile and process invoices
- Planning and organising schedules
- Day-to-day collection and entry of delivery notes, production schedules and inventory levels.
- Produce and manage performance and financial reports.
- Reconciliation and processing of internal and client invoices
- General duties
- Intermediate level of Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with a tenacious attitude
- Analytical thinker, good problem solver with a high level of initiative
- A team player willing to accept accountability with a strong service orientation
- A good level of numeracy and grammar
- Assured, confident and excellent communicator
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Able to work alone without supervision and as part of a team
- Ability and desire to learn and progress
- Background in supply chain or logistics an advantage
