Our client is an innovative technology company located in Wetherill Park and they are looking for a Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp to perm opportunity.

You will be:

• Answering phones and diverting calls to the most appropriate person
• Preparing mail
• Ordering stationary
• Assisting with customer service enquiries from customers
• General administrative duties
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients

 
You will have:

• Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
• Previous experience working with customers
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to be able to prioritise work
• Be a team player and enjoy working in a role that will offer a variety of tasks
• Intermediate computer skills
