Admin & Accounting role
Mobility2You is a leading provider of Healthcare Equipment and related services for Health Care and Aged Care based in Erina on the Central Coast. We are looking for a reliable Admin & Accounting clerical person to join us.
Responsibilities:
- General office and admin functions and duties
- Management of Receivables and Payables
- Processing & recording of expenses in the business
- Purchasing and Inventory support
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounting journals and bookkeeping requirements
- Month end Accs to Trial Balance.
- BAS returns
- General filing and keeping of documents
- Other duties as required by the Managing Director from time to time.
Skills/Experience Required:
- You should have at least 5 years of commercial experience in the above and be able to show that you are a disciplined and organised person
- Our Accounting software is MYOB and it is necessary that you are familiar and competent with this.
- Attention to detail and the capacity to work to deadlines is important along with competency on Spread sheets at a functional level.
- Good Communication skills, verbal and written, are important to us and will be looked for in the successful applicant.
