About the Role
As the key front line ‘face’ for the business in service and sales you will manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. This involves a superior level of customer service and sales to clients via both phone and email. You will be required to achieve set monthly sales targets and conduct both outbound and inbound calls.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Answer all incoming enquiries and convert all possible opportunities to orders
  • Maintain and drive outbound calls and order contact plans
  • Process quotes and orders to the production team
  • Follow up on all quotes and sales orders
  • Interact with suppliers
  • Arrange sales material for clients
  • Keep database up to date
  
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Sales experience in the printing industry highly desirable
  • Must have exceptional sales experience with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Efficient time management and commitment to deadlines
  • The ability to self motivate and pick things up quickly
  • A desire to want to develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers and team members
  • The ability to prioritise and achieve KPl’s
  • Be able to pick things up quickly
  • Be computer literate
  • Display a great attitude and friendly disposition at all times
