Our business is a medium sized service provider that prepares utility bills for embedded networks and accepts payments for customers.

This position involves answering telephone calls, processing payments, performing account receivable activities and responding to customer emails.
The functional requirements include; exceptional phone manner and customer service skills, intermediate-advanced MS Excel capability, and strong numeracy and literacy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The personal requirements include financial aptitude, strong interpersonal qualities, friendly customer service manner, self-starter, problem solver, with an ability to learn our customised computer billing system.
This is a full-time role, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
