The Victoria Branch is a high performing, fun and driven business unit who thrive in a fast-paced environment. There is never a dull moment in this team and you will play a pivotal support role with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders from across the business.
 
The Role
 
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for assisting the daily operations of the Melbourne branch and provide administration and reporting support to the management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing the schedule of the executives (Diary Management)
  • Resolve competing priorities associated with tasks of multiple stakeholders
  • Invoice processing / Credit card reconciliation / Approvals
  • Effective administration of team meetings, sales events, functions and booking of resources (catering, venue hire, travel etc.)
  • Analysing and consolidating data from across multiple systems to generate monthly reports
  • Ad hoc administration and reporting duties when required
