As a result of the continued growth of our business we have an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Admin and bookkeeper worker to work in our Sydney depot.
To be successful you must be familiar with General Adminstration.
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and trustworthy individual to assist in the operation of an office. Duties will include:
- Passionate about identifying continuous improvement opportunities and improving the way we work
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and action solutions to improve the efficiency of our processes
- HIGHLY Customer focused - Resolving customer queries and disputes
- Use of Scheduling Systems and dispatching of jobs
- Ability to work within a team
- MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN General Computer Use, Excel & Email (Outlook) and MYOB
The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate that they can take responsibility to carry out the requirements of the role effectively and efficiently.
We require a person who has the ability to develop positive working relationships, has good communication skills and good time management and organisational skills.
