The Opportunity
Our client is a reputable tier one law firm located in the Sydney CBD. Recognised for their customer centric and innovative approach, the firm and its employees have been recognised for multiple awards for their services over the years. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join the team of this leading firm as soon as possible. This fantastic opportunity has a variety of responsibilities, allowing you to work within a great culture and will assist in setting you on a progressive career path. Being a dual Reception role the hours will vary, however to begin with the hours are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
  
The Responsibility
As the face of the company on the Client Services floor you are expected to provide 5-star quality service at all times. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below. A job description will also be provided during the interview.
  • Welcoming and managing the high volume of clients/guests and incoming phone calls (switchboard experience necessary)
  • Managing the meeting rooms, including all AV and VC additions
  • Coordinating catering requests
  • Assisting the internal Travel Coordinator during busy periods
  • Ensuring high levels of consistent customer satisfaction throughout service
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate environment. You will have a professional, polished and friendly image, and be confident interacting with people of all levels in the organisation, as well as external. The ability to work effectively, autonomously and flexibly is important. You will be able to manage competing priorities, work to a deadline, and exhibit honesty and integrity.
