This head-office based position operates in a dynamic, fast paced environment as the business demands grow and change. This position places an emphasis on working collaboratively across all levels and functions within the business, to ensure the smooth running of the office working on a one to one basis with the Executive team and all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for incoming calls to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Coordinate business travel, meeting bookings and accommodation for the Chief Executive Officer
  • Diary coordination for the CEO and other senior management
  • Maintain communications with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide executive administration support as required including coordinating meetings, distribution of agendas and papers, minute taking and travel requirements
  • Prepare presentations and reports and undertake research when required
  • Organising functions when required
  • Other duties as may be directed by the Chief Executive Officer

Key Requirements:

Having supported high level managers in the past you will have the ability to work autonomously whilst managing upwards. Using your initiative to make a positive impact on this business and providing invaluable support to this busy executive the successful applicant will have high level skills within Word, Excel and PowerPoint coupled with strong grammatical abilities. You will be highly experienced in coordinating travel and your absolute confidentiality will ensure your success in this fantastic organisation.

This role is offered on a full time permanent basis and the salary range will be based on skills and experience. A current drivers license is essential.
