Administration Assistant

Fleurieu Cranes is one of South Australia's leading Crane Hire Companies with depots at Wingfield and Seaford in the Adelaide Metro area. We provide our customers safe and efficient solutions involving Crane & Related Services throughout South Australia and beyond.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and successful company with this newly created position, we require a self-motivated individual that will enjoy the fast-paced environment of our office.  

Responsibilities

·    Dedication to company values including HSEQ commitment

·    Approval of invoices in-line with contractual agreements

·    Resolve queries as they arise from internal and external stakeholders

·    Management of projects as they arise, e.g. group training coordination, updating customer database

·    Assist with Tender preparation including allocation of necessary information from internal stakeholders, and collation thereafter

·    Back-filling all positions within Administration office incl. AP, AR, HR

·    Reconciliation of accounts (individual debtors / GL accounts, bank, etc.)

·    Acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times

·    High-end administrative support to management

 

Key Requirements

·    Ability to multi-task, be highly organised with attention to detail

·    An approachable demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including leadership qualities

·    Ability to work unsupervised, use initiative and step-up when needed to be responsible for the completion of projects

·    Previous experience in the use of Microsoft suite and MYOB or equivalent

·    Successful experience in the reviewing, analysing, and reporting of project information

·    Administrative experience within an industrial environment would be advantageous

·    Genuine enjoyment to work within a fast-paced environment with a pro-active approach

·    Ability to have flexible working hours

 

Qualifications

·    Drivers Licence

·    Cert IV or equivalent in a relevant discipline

·    National Police Clearance
