Our client is a reputable, National Supply Chain Organisation and they are currently seeking an administration professional with strong analytical skills. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive and innovative leader in Logistics. 
 
You will assist with creating Excel spreadsheets and capturing data relative to their transport function and movements. You will be responsible for consistently updating data and generating reports for management.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all orders are received before cut off times
• Monitor and review delivered status to ensure expectations are being met
• Liaise with management on a daily basis and escalate any deficient orders
• Identifying issues and the root cause
• Generating excel reports - Vlook ups and macros
• Customer Service – outbound calls

  
Key Requirements

• Advanced MS Excel - V Lookups 
• Experience with Manhattan is desirable
• Analytical capabilities
• Strong affinity for numbers
• The ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
• Good data entry capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
