We are currently searching for a passionate and self-motivated New Home Coordinator/Client Liaison to join our West Operations team based in Altona. Working within a close knit and encouraging team environment, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients through their dream of building a home with Burbank!
‘A week in the life’ -
- Managing a portfolio of customers through the end to end construction process
- Applying exceptional customer focus skills to liaise between internal and external stakeholders from pre-site to completion
- Ensuring preparation of all documentation and approvals required to start construction are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinating building permits and water authority approvals through the estimating department to prepare purchase orders
- Ensuring procedures and checklists are established and following full compliance
- Providing administrative support to the construction department as needed
- Liaising with departments to clarify progress or issues raised by clients and other departments
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in the building industry) with strong administration and customer service capabilities
- Knowledgeable of building terminology and site related issues
- Experience in process improvements with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for continuous administrative/customer service process improvements
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to autonomously work under tight timelines with excellent time management skills
- A proactive "can do" attitude with inspirational leadership abilities
