Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting an experienced Administration Assistant to work within a NSW Government Organisation.
Your new role
As the successful Administration Assistant you will be supporting senior management and the Branch to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Coordination of meetings, diary maintenance, arrangement of training and travel
- Procurement of stationary and deliveries
- Document preparation and report writing
- Raise purchase order requests and process payment invoices
- Manage all incoming emails and faxes
- Act as Safety Coordinator for the unit, providing safety instructions and coordinating safety actions as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you will have extensive administration experience working for a Government or Not-For-Profit Organisation. You must have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage your time effectively.
