THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual who is able to bring their graphic design, extraordinary organisational skills and office all-rounder abilities to this unique role, encompassing design and liaison between the customer and other designers.

Your responsibilities with include, amongst others, supporting the existing team through providing designer liaison functions, graphic design and general admin tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update school diary designs, layouts and content.

  • Create a positive relationship with school diary coordinators to ensure they fully understand the production process and their role, responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Liaise and clearly communicate with other graphic designers the schools design requirements.

  • Contacting schools to follow up on orders, artwork and other items required to produce their diary.

  • Informing schools of product offerings and solutions to improve their current diary and school communication.

  • Create marketing collateral such as flyers, social media adverts, brochures, website imagery and banners.

  • Manage general ad-hoc queries and admin duties such as posting samples, helping with marketing campaigns, responding to customer enquiries and updating customer databases.

  • Answering and directing phone calls.

  • Manage time and prioritise issues effectively to ensure customer loop is closed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) skills and experience, or similar products

  • Experience in account management / customer relationship management / office administration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • High level (intermediate-advanced) Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Developed sense of initiative and motivation to get the job done right the first time
