A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Coordinator to secure a full-time contract role located in Chatswood with DaigouSales

DaigouSales (https://www.daigousales.com) is a company that provides Australian brand owners with a complete China cross border sales and marketing solution. With our WeChat eMarketplace and comprehensive merchandising programs we facilitate the selling and marketing of brands to Chinese consumers via daigou intermediaries.

The role

You will provide 'after-care' services to the Australia merchants in the marketplace and support the business from an administrative perspective:

  • Providing a range of routine administrative activities to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team/unit that support delivery of services DaigouSales clients/customers.
  • Gathering and processing business information in accordance with standards and guidelines to ensure flow, accuracy and confidentiality of business information.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and development of administrative systems to ensure that business systems operate effectively.
  • Using relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors.
  • Managing business unit filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving and tracking files to ensure the accurate and safe storage of information.
  • Working closely with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information and activities.
  • Providing customer service and reception duties as required, to act as a first point of contact for the business unit and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.

You

It is essential you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years administration experience
  • Demonstrated success in a forward facing customer service role
  • A high level of time management skills to enable you to meet competing deadlines in a busy environment
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service skills
