City Ford Sydney has been the backbone for Ford sales in Sydney for over 60 years. We are consistently rated as the number one dealer in the Eastern Region (NSW).  To maintain this dominant position in the marketplace we are in need of a dedicated administration coordinator with a positive can-do attitude. 

About the role

This is initially a 12-month maternity leave replacement role with scope to move into permanent work at the conclusion. 

  • Maintain high standards of administration to ensure our relationships with our fleet customers are at best practice levels.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and vehicle deliveries are done in a timely manner
  • Assist our sales team with any incoming inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively across departments and with external business partners.
  • Process quotes and orders
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on requests
  • General administration

About you:

  • A high level of customer service ethic
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in a customer service focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
