A part-time position (2 - 3 days) in a boutique accounting firm for a committed individual to manage multiple front office administration duties.
A wonderful opportunity in a fast-growing firm with an immediate start.
The applicant should be mature minded, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work autonomously.
Intermediate background & knowledge in book keeping duties & utilising programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & MYOB.
Previous experience and in an accountant and taxation environment in an advantage.
The role will entail the following administration, receptionist & book keeping duties;
- Incoming calls, mailing-out letters, data entry, photocopying, binding and collation of documents and client data.
- Assisting and coordinating response to client requests and scheduling meetings
- Assisting the accounting team to draw-up documents and updating systems
- ATO tax agent portal general updates, correspondence and processing
- Accounts Receivable, Debtor statements and general banking.
