Gliderol Garage Doors, established in 1974, is one of Australia's largest manufacturer of garage doors.
Our NSW branch, based in Smithfield, currently requires the services of an experienced data entry person.
Your main duties will include the following:
- Entering customer orders onto our CRM system
- Maintaining & monitoring incoming order requests and enquiries
- Data entry of builder plans
- Assisting with back up and support to other departments as required.
- Liaise with customers directly in relation to order entry queries.
The successful applicant will ideally previous experience with CRM systems & Microsoft programs.
Whilst not essential, a basic understanding of measurements and the ability to read basic plans will be an advantage.
Applicants will be customer focused, have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to achieve day to day functions as per Company guidelines.
On the job training and mentoring will be available to ensure a smooth transition into this role.
