About the opportunity

This rare opportunity will see an established industry based administrator hit the ground running in supporting a team of 10 Field Engineers and 1 key Stakeholder. You will be responsible for the amendment and revision of contracts and customer agreements, scheduling the calendars of the team of Engineers, coordinating travel and accommodation when interstate visits are required and being the first point of contact for the Operations team. This is an established team that enjoys reaching their objectives consistently, bring your agile administration capabilities to this role and be rewarded with a tight knit and supportive team.

Duties

  • Amend and Revise Customer Contracts
  • Coordinate Schedules and Cyclical Field Visits
  • Liaise with the Customers and Internal Stakeholders
  • Reconcile Expenses and Raise POs
  • Coordinate Interstate Travel and Accommodation

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 Years in an Administration Appointment
  • Healthcare Experience is Highly Desired
  • Systems Skills Including SAP, Excel and Data Entry
  • Strong Communications Both Written and Verbal
  • Agile and Cross Functional Administration Experience
