We are currently looking for an individual with accurate and fast data entry skills to join a reputable company located in South West Sydney. The role will be located within an office on the warehouse floor.

This fast paced working environment is an excellent opportunity for growth, and the ability to be part of a well known company. Our client is seeking diligent and enthusiastic administrators to assist with the effective production of an array of office based administrative duties. 

 
Key Responsibilities may include:

• Data entry and processing
• Order Dispatch
• Organising Truck drivers
• Collecting Driver Con notes
• Liaise with internal departments such as the Warehouse and Transport team
• Processing paperwork
• Input data onto Excel spreadsheets

To be successful you must possess the following:

• Strong and fast data entry skills
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well in small but fast paced team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suites 
• Flexibility regarding hours of work 
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to be proactive
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

You will need to available to work varying shifts- from 3am to 1pm starts.
