Seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team immediately.
The primary focus of this role is the daily coordination and management of the field technicians to carry out works between Brisbane and Kingscliffe areas.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in organising and managing the workload of a group of technicians for a maintenance based company. You will demonstrate a strong ability to co-ordinate and instruct others to carry out their duties, desire to succeed and take control of the role by providing quality customer service and working to meet strict deadlines within a fast paced environment.
All applicants should have at least 2 years RECENT experience with managing a group of technicians for a maintenance based company.
The ideal candidates with also have:
- Experience using Microsoft office and database software
- Good knowledge of the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas
- Ability to influence others and take control when necessary
- Open and clear communication
- Outstanding organisational & time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and forever changing environment
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Looking to establish long term employment
- Based on the Gold Coast
- Available for immediate start
