Your role

This Office Manager role will be busy, challenging and fun! You will be overseeing the office function, ensuring the smooth running on a daily basis. Your role will be diverse as there is an element of Executive Assistant support to the senior management team. As the Office Manager, you need to be the eyes and ears of the office and really take an interest in the wellbeing of your team. You will be rewarded with a warm, friendly office culture where you can make the role your own. You need to be resilient and able to work autonomously. You will also take on an event coordination part of the role which will be client-facing, adding to the scope of this exciting Office Manager role.

Daily activities

  • Daily running of the office
  • Booking travel and meetings
  • Negotiating with external contractors and vendors
  • Working with HR and Marketing function
  • On-boarding new starters
  • Event coordination
  • Internal event management

Your skills & expertise

  • Office Manager experience is a must
  • Ability to work in a dual role
