Job description:

Based in Mulgrave, Victoria

Purpose of job

Apply professional knowledge to liase and build trust with customers, service staff and contractors regarding any scope of on-site work. Coordinate and schedule service operations and site visits.
Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders etc.) and prepare basic quotations.

Key Activities

* Capture and respond to inbound service enquiries with regards to repairs, spare parts requirements, warranty and commissioning
* Allocate and coordinate service work with customers and technicians
* Administration of all service orders including preparation of quotations, processing of invoices, issuing purchase orders, and following up debtors
* Preparation and distribution of service and activity reports
* Maintenance of registers and relevant documents
* Liaising with service staff and contractors regarding any on-site scope of work
* Assist in technical specifications required by colleagues and customer


Critical knowledge and experience

* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in service administration / service environment
* Analytical mind and technically minded
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Phone etiquette with strong customer service skills
* Exceptional time management, organisational and planning skills
* Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
* SAP experience desirable
