We are looking for an internal sales/customer service professional with a genuine interest in exceptional customer service, in a technical capacity, within the industrial sector. As part of our vision to build upon our existing success story, we are looking for an internal salesperson to service our North Queensland client base.
Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
• Provide exceptional customer service;
• Receive and process inbound sales queries;
• Converting active quotes into sales orders;
• Build & maintain positive customer relationships;
• Prepare, provide and follow up quotes to customers;
• Continually look for ways to add value to our customers business.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Previous Technical/Industrial Sales or Customer Service experience is an advantage;
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment;
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills;
• Superior communication skills;
• The ability to work autonomously;
Previous experience in the steel industry desirable but not essential.
