About the role

We are currently seeking a self-driven Administration Officer to replace one of our current Administration Officers for approximately 12 months' maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension– Beginning 1st of August. Responsibilities:

  • First contact for incoming calls.

  • Accounts payable and receivable.

  • Product delivery.

  • Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records across software systems.

  • Document and maintain internal policies and procedures.

  • Complete employee expense claims.

  • Dealing with multiple department and software programs.

  • Sorting and distributing customer correspondence.

  • Small scale office projects.

  • Assisting management and executives.

  • Maintain office supplies including stationary and other consumables.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with accounting software - preferably Xero.

  • Professional attitude with a team mentality.

  • Ability to effectively time manage, prioritise and multitask.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • 2yrs+ experience in a similar role.
