Assett Group Services is a leader in the provision of Asset Maintenance Services, specialising in the public and affordable housing sector. With an expansion to our existing long term contracts, we are seeking an experienced Works Coordinator to join our energetic and vibrant team located in our modern office in North Parramatta.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of computer literacy and ability to accurately maintain data.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Your duties will include:
- Allocation, distribution and coordination of work order requests to trade staff and sub contractors
- Data entry to our maintenance management system
- Creating weekly status reports to clients and sub contractors
- General office administration
- Support to trade staff and subcontractors
- Liaising with our clients and their tenants
