We are currently working with a Commonwealth Government Department to source experienced Administration / Front of House Staff to fill a number of vacancies. The contract positions are available for up to 18 months and are available in multiple locations across the CBD, Southern suburbs and Northern suburbs.

The positions will provide a high quality, professional, friendly and respectful customer experience in relation to the management of telephone enquiries and face to face. You will manage the team’s inbox and assist with the scheduling and appointment process. This role requires enthusiasm for frontline customer service tasks and an ability to work towards strict deadlines. It is desirable that applicants have an understanding of or a lived experience in the field of disability support services.

The Business Support Officer will:

  • Be part of a team responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the
  • Stakeholder Engagement Team.
  • Be responsible for a broad range of office administration and support duties.
  • Have an eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.

Key Duties:

  • Front counter / reception support for the local office including participant enquiries and guidance
  • Assist with research and reports as directed
  • Provide thorough information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work autonomously to provide administrative support to the regional trail site team
  • Management of email and appointments
  • Undertake a range of data entry responsibilities.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the Agency data base.
