This global organisation is a leading investor in hospitality, infrastructure and real estate sectors amongst others. A highly corporate setting, this company is located in the heart of the CBD and are looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to assist on a fixed term temporary basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Maintaining appointment diaries
  • Managing meeting room requests and bookings including setting up and maintaining tidiness
  • Ordering stationary for the various departments
  • Mail, filing, and organising couriers
  • Meeting and greeting VIP clients
What skills do you need?
  • Previous corporate receptionist experience 
  • Impeccable presentation and communication
  • A polite and Courteous manner
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Be flexible and able to work autonomously as well as part of a large team
