We are seeking an experienced Office all-rounder who is a real team player with a positive attitude to join our client who is Australia's specialist in Industrial Refrigeration on a 9 month contract.

Description
Duties may include but not be limited to:
- Reception; being the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
- Preparing and distributing technical reports, minutes, newsletter and presentation materials
- Weekly client invoices, coding, raising job numbers and purchase orders
- Reconciliation of expenses and petty cash
- Booking of travel arrangements
- General housekeeping
Profile
To be considered for the position you must possess:
- at least 2 years of administrative experience
- ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- intermediate level of MS Office and Pronto(desirable)
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- strong organisational skills
- high attention to detail
