The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Professional Practice Team in achieving their objectives through coordination and administration. The team are distributed across Australia to support Goodstart centres to deliver high quality early learning.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver high quality work on time.
  • Use effective time management, consultation and coordination skills to organize meetings, conferences including the catering, travel, training material preparation and collation, venue set up and managing agendas, minutes and follow-up.
  • Manage payment of invoices, credit card reconciliation and purchasing of equipment and supplies.
  • Organise travel for the Professional Practice team in accordance with the Goodstart Travel Management System.
  • Ensure all team members have the appropriate tools required to complete their role.
  • Ensure inventory of team resources is maintained

Qualifications & Experience  

  • Business administration experience (essential)
  • Previous successful experience in a dynamic and fast paced administrative support position
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a calm manner
  • Competency in the Microsoft Suite to Advanced User proficiency
