Our commitment to road safety has recently seen us advance as the sole provider of mobile speed camera technologies and services in NSW, where we partner with Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) to improve road safety for the community and help make our roads the safest in the country.
The Opportunity
An opportunity for a Support Centre (NOC) Operator has recently become available in our Ingleburn office.
As a NOC Operator, you will work across a 12 hour rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
You will:
· Identify and prioritise operational issues in the field
· Provide assistance and first response for vehicle breakdowns and incidents
· Provide basic technical support to Mobile Speed Camera Operators and respond to FAQS
· Work on a high pace job queue and action new job requests
· Manage and prioritise changes within the job queue
· Detailed quality checks against a series of business rules
· Prioritise the health and safety of our team in the field and provide post incident support
· Monitor Mobile Speed Camera vehicles travelling to and from deployment sites through GPS and CCTV Systems
· Monitor Mobile Speed Camera Operators set up and shut down procedures through CCTV
· Maintain detailed daily activity reports and logs
About You:
· You demonstrate excellent knowledge of New South Wales Road Rules, with strong driving history
· You are flexible to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
· You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with previous work related experience.
· You have proficiency utilising Excel and sound administration skills
· You take initiative and have flexibility in your approach to problem solving
· You have a current, valid and unrestricted Australian driver’s license
