About the role

A rare and exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Clerk to join the administration team in a full time, permanent position at their West Terrace Dealership.

Reporting to the Branch Accountant and working closely with departmental managers, the key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Used vehicle stock control and registrations
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Data entry of information to the internal management information systems
  • Reception relief
  • Supporting team members to complete other general administration duties.

Based at our state of the art dealership in the city, this full time position will suit an enthusiastic individual who possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and computer skills
  • Highly organised and able to handle a large volume of transactions 

Applicants must have administrative experience to be successful in this role.
