Who will you be working for?

Our client, based in Nunawading, are looking for a Business Trainee to join their team.

What will you be doing?

  • Address all incoming enquires in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain data base on a daily basis with accurate contractor and client information.
  • Process bookings to completion
  • Take record and complete all incoming orders
  • Provide Job details to Sub-Contractors
  • Provide administrative support at all times
  • Provide advice to Clients, Including appropriate rates
  • Answer all telephone enquires in a professional and timely manner displaying a
    friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Address in a timely manner all Clients inquires, complaints or service needs
  • Provide customer confirmation of booking by phone
  • Advise of pending or potential credit claims and ensure they are expedited in a timely manner
  • Assist with the development of internal systems with a view to providing superior
    customer service
  • Liaise with all stakeholders in order to achieve ‘Best’ supply outcomes
  • Continually strive to improve customer service at all times

  • Flexibility/Adaptability
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
  • Customer Service experience (highly regarded)
