Your new role
This is a temporary role for annual leave cover for 6 weeks commencing from 23 July 2018. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of the day to day operation of the organisation. You will assist with accounts duties and subcontractor claims, be responsible for progress reporting on projects, document control through Aconex and contract variations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Project or Contracts Administration experience, including managing contract variations
- Proficient in Aconex and Excel
- Must have experience in Construction, ideally landscaping
