The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Customer Service team in Belrose. The main responsibilities of this varied role are:

  • Providing administrative support to local and remote managers and their teams – including processing timesheets and expenses
  • Providing support and assistance to other members of the Administration team
  • Answering calls and processing enquiries from our Customer Contact Centre
  • Creating and processing purchase orders
  • Running, proofing and sending regular reports to external clients
  • Completing general administration tasks, such as making travel arrangements, filing, and updating systems and reports

What We Are Looking For

Successful candidates will possess the following skills, experience and qualities:

  • Administration experience in a fast paced working environment
  • Experience in providing a high level of customer service and support
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Conducts themselves in a professional manner
