Job Description
In order to strengthen Brand development, the Group is looking for an Office Administrator.
Location: Warriewood NSW 2102, Australia
Your Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be a key player in the organisation and the role will include the following tasks:
Financial Tasks:
- Entering/uploading purchase orders
- Invoicing sales orders
- Stock control
- Credit control
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Prepare Annual budget
- Power of signature for Payments
- Follow up on Cash flow situation and Forecast
- Major contact for Banks, Accounting Company, Payroll Company
Logistic Tasks:
- Receive, process and ship orders (Pick and Pack) on a daily basis.
- Monitor Stock levels, re-order stock as necessary
- Follow up/monitor deliveries in case of Customs clearance issues
- Help to physically receive the shipment in the Warehouse, check the accuracy of Export documents with physical parcels received, allocate the pieces to the appropriate locations in the Warehouse
Customer Service:
- Liaise with customers/retailers to ensure a high quality of service is provided
Job Skills and Specifications
- Highly skilled user of QuickBooks ERP system
- Strong organisational skills and very detail-orientated
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to use company-standard software such as MS Office
- Ability to work in a team setting
