About the Business & the Role

FastWay Plumbing is a proud family owned business that is seeking an Administrator/Service Coordinator who is passionate about customer service and will thrive in this dynamic, fast paced role. As the first point of  contact with our clients, we require someone who has a cheerful disposition and has had similar experience working in a busy and demanding trade services environment. In addition, the successful candidate must be highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.

Our team is committed in providing quality maintenance plumbing services to domestic, commercial and industrial clients across Sydney.  You will work along side our friendly on-road and office staff, and receive on-going training.  

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and schedule bookings 
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and staff 
  • Compile and organise paperwork including quotes, work orders and invoices. 
  • Manage on-road staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties 
  • Help improve current quality management system to ensure and promote customer satisfaction  

Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership and management skills  
  • Strong analytical and planning skills  
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Intermediate MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Quick learner - will be required to use multiple software programs
  • Well organised, with the ability to multitask  
  • Experience with trade management program Service M8 (desirable, however training will be provided)
  • Book keeping within Xero
