Opportunity for an all rounder to work in a well established small friendly office in Point Cook. We are seeking a highly professional and experienced person to assume the role of Administration Officer.
Key duties:
- Reviewing simple plans and dimensions
- Assist in ordering jobs
- Answering incoming calls
- Consultant Diary Management
- Customer follow up
- Data entry/Database Management
- Show room customer assistance
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to maintain a sense of humour whilst working under pressure
- Ability to understand simple plans and drawings or have the willingness and ability to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Can do attitude and be prepared to take an interest in the business as a whole
- Ability to communicate easily with customers, sales people and contractors
- Intermediate Microsoft office suite skills (essential) and MYOB experience would be advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in Australia
