All Class Training is a locally owned, family run business that offers training solutions for SafeWork NSW High Risk Work Licenses as well as other competency based training for a number of industries. We are a rapidly growing business having recently opened a new purpose built training facility at Tomago.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, professional senior office administrator to join our team.
The person we are seeking will have the following attributes:
- Well presented and punctual
- Works well within a team environment
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Must have current drivers licence and reliable transport
Technical experience and knowledge required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Data entry skills with high accuracy
- High level customer service and communication skills
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Managing phone/email enquiries and bookings
- Data processing
- Website maintenance and marketing
The hours for this position will be 7:30am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
