MD Health Pilates provides a proactive approach to health management by seamlessly integrating Physiotherapy and Pilates. We are currently recruiting a full time (38 hours per week) Receptionist/Marketing Co-ordinator to join our friendly team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Regular communication to clients about products and services
- Payment processing
- Implementation of Marketing initiatives, including on-line, social media and direct local area marketing
- Sales – meeting KPIs
- Accurate data entry of client details
- Other office and administration duties as required
- Database monitoring and management
As a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous reception, customer service or marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A responsive reaction to the needs of others
- Great attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Work well in a team environment
- Possess a professional, friendly way of interacting with clients, staff and suppliers
- Be willing to help out when needed
- Ability to adapt to systems and technology as we are a paperless organisation
- Marketing experience would be an advantage

The successful candidate will report to the Practice Manager and must be available for five 7-8 hour shifts per week including working nights and weekends. Our opening hours are Mon - Thu 7am to 9pm and Fri/Sat 7am to 2pm.
Position to commence as soon as possible and extensive training is provided. We offer great working conditions in a friendly team environment and a competitive salary.
