Chris is looking for a fresh, energetic, dedicated an open-minded person to work closely with him across a multitude of exciting companies. The role requires a perceptive person with the ability to adapt and attend to various tasks whilst completing their required duties; the ultimate multi-tasker!
The position carries a lot of responsibility, with each and every day presenting new challenges. It's a creative role where your passion for being highly organised will be put to the test. The right person for this position is someone who thrives on completing tasks to strict deadlines.
In a nutshell, your number one priority is to assist him in ensuring that all his business ventures run smoothly, resolving any issues when they arise. Some of your responsibilities may also be to provide support to the Chief Financial Officer.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management for the CEO and Executive team
- Working cohesively and efficiently as part of the Administration Division
- Deliver timely and accurate information to the executives and staff
- Prepare and arrange meetings/functions for the team and directors
- Resolving issues that may arise proficiently by proactively identifying, addressing and tailoring solutions to suit our office environment
- Training new and existing staff with office procedures and structures
- Manage & monitor company security
- General housekeeping duties & maintenance
Essential Skills/Attributes:
- Previous exposure to an office administration environment
- Operate efficiently despite a high volume of work
- Clear, concise communication and interpersonal skills
- A quick learner with a positive attitude
- Fantastic work ethics and a strong team player
- Attentive and organised
- Professionally presented
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Long-term commitment
- Drivers Licence necessary
- Exhibits a healthy and balanced physical and mental aptitude
