We are a boutique law firm based in Sydney CBD, looking for a reliable, admin-savvy, people person to join our team.  

This exciting role will be responsible for supporting two busy teams with client services. You can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Setting up appointments
  • Distributing mail
  • Stationary stock control
  • Kitchen and bathroom stock control

To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will ideally possess the following:

  • Experience in professional services reception
  • Mature outlook
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to confidently multi-task and manage time
  • A proven ability in using your initiative
  • Reliability
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills
