One of Australia’s premier accounting / insolvency firms is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Administration Coordinator to join their friendly and cohesive team in Brisbane’s CBD. The role requires an open-minded, multi-tasker with an interest in accounts and administration

Duties and Responsibilities
- General administration and reception cover
- Accounts payable / receivable (worry not if you don’t have this experience already, as long as you are keen to learn)
- Invoicing and receipting
- Bank reconciliations
- Staff reimbursement payments
- General accounts administration
- Processing of journals
- Assisting key stakeholders with travel and other administrative tasks.
