The Opportunity
  
One of Australia’s premier accounting / insolvency firms is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Administration Coordinator to join their friendly and cohesive team in Brisbane’s CBD. The role requires an open-minded, multi-tasker with an interest in accounts and administration

This a young and dynamic accountancy practice based in Brisbane’s CBD. They are committed to giving quality customer service and they have a progressive and team-based environment.
  
Duties and Responsibilities
  • General administration and reception cover
  • Accounts payable / receivable (worry not if you don’t have this experience already, as long as you are keen to learn)
  • Invoicing and receipting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Staff reimbursement payments
  • General accounts administration
  • Processing of journals
  • Assisting key stakeholders with travel and other administrative tasks.
