Aidacare are a leading provider of Healthcare equipment and services into the agedcare and hospital industry. We are seeking an administrator to support the service team with preventative maintenance scheduling, data entry, invoicing and reporting. In your role you will have contact with our extensive customer base so exceptional communication skills are a must.

You will work alongside our service technicians and work closely with our customer service and sales teams and report directly to the Service Administration Manager.

The position is based at our ingleburn office.

For this position you will:
- Be well organised, reliable, energetic and efficient.
- Have a good telephone manner, be personable, approachable and friendly yet professional at all times.
- Have strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excel spread sheets.
