Your new company
A leading construction firm who provide services across the industrial, retail and commercial sectors.

Your new role
A key support position which will see you managing a team of two as well as the following responsibilities;

  • Assign and monitor the Administrative team responsibilities and tasks as well as coach, mentor, train office staff and manage internal staff relations.
  • Admin support to all internal teams including HR, Finance, Marketing etc.
  • Analyse and monitor internal processes (in office and project sites) are up-to-date with company policies and budgets
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Co-ordination of schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Maintain and build a rapport with all company visitors and clients
  • Communication and reporting to Senior Management issues which must be raised for attention
  • Coordinate internal company and office events


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven time management, organisational skills and importantly experience managing staff.
You will have have excellent communication ability comfortable creating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be comfortable working in high pressure, deadline driven environments and posses the ability to provide support and guidance through your solutions driven approach.
You will be comfortable across MS Office Suite and experience with Indesign would be preferred as well as previous experience with in the construction and property industry.
