We’re looking for someone to provide executive and secretarial assistance supporting two General Managers of icare within Integrated Care, helping to ensure that the General Manager’s office runs as efficiently as possible to support families and individuals experiencing injury and disability.

You’ll be working with a diverse mix of creative, curious and smart people who really care about making a difference for people and the NSW community. You will have a mind for getting things done and a heart for people and you will set the bar high through the quality of the work you do and the people-oriented decisions you make.

You’ll bring your experience in coordinating stakeholders and managing correspondence as well as representing leaders in regard to sensitive matters. You’ll be highly collaborative, proactive and have outstanding communication skills and you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

It’s an exciting environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you might find yourself:

  • providing secretarial assistance to the General Manager
  • drafting correspondence, minutes and other documentation using MS Office
  • scheduling meetings, handling email and phone correspondence
  • prioritising activities and conflicting demands on the General Manager’s time
  • liaising with internal and external groups to best coordinate activities
  • represent the General Manager when required and resolve issues independently when needed.
