The role
Utilise your skills and positive, can do attitude in a dynamic and diverse customer service team that is always adapting to the needs of the industry to provide an exceptional level of customer service following the order to invoice and contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inbound enquiries via phone and email.
- Order processing and tracking within SAP.
- Liaising with internal departments, including interstate branch offices and sales representatives
- Working to identify and resolve customer challenges, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Skills and experience
To be considered for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail whilst maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) an advantage
The successful applicant will need to be available for Monday to Friday (37.5 hours between 7.00am - 7.00pm). You will be working within an energetic team based environment that encourages your growth and development and provides the best of facilities for its employees - all within an easy distance of train stations and Macquarie Shopping Centre.
