Transmin is looking for a casual Receptionist with administration experience preferably in the resources and manufacturing industry.
The suitable candidate will be required to be available for 3 days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm and on short notice.
About the Role
- Handle all incoming phone calls and front desk enquiries;
- Opening and distribution of company mail;
- Updating of company registers and data entry where required;
- Formatting of word documents;
- General office filing and administration;
- Assisting in organizing and planning of company events as and when required;
- Managing meeting room bookings, prepare rooms for meetings and training where required;
- Ordering of company stationery and consumables.
About You
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with an eye for detail;
- Must be available from 8:00am to 5:00pm and flexible on days;
- Possess an engaging "can do" approach to their work;
- Available at short notice;
- Excellent organizational skills.
