$40.00 - $45.00 Per Hour

Our client within the Medical industry is seeking a Executive Officer to support an incredibly busy Executive Director of Operations for a period of 4-8 weeks. There is a possibility of this being extended further for the right candidate.

This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working independently in highly demanding environments. The Director you will be supporting runs at 100 miles and hour and will not have much time to spend with their support.

My client is looking for someone who can think 10 steps ahead and think on behalf of the Executive they are supporting and is able to liaise and maintain key relationships with stakeholder both internally and externally.

We are looking for candidates that are immediately available to jump into a fast-paced support position where no two days are the same.

Working hours for this role are 40 hours a week doing ideally 7.00/7.30am start until 4.00/4.30pm.

The suitable candidate will recognise the importance of trust, discreetness and efficiency.

This is not A “Traditional” support role and would suit someone that can think strategically and assist with projects and ever-changing demands of a large organisation.

  • Filter and prioritise incoming information
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Diary management and organising meetings
  • Preparing agendas and meeting paperwork
  • Travel coordination
  • Process and procedure improvement
  • Be a gatekeeper for a large amount of direct reports
  • Administrative support

  • Previous experience in a senior level administration support role
  • Independent thinker/ability to work autonomously

  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft packages
  • Candidates must be immediately available
